Before Booking Thank you for your interest in Nagomi Apartment Hotel. To avoid problems upon booking, please read the conditions below. Minimum Nights - For your booking, we require a minimum of 3 nights in the normal season. - We require a minimum of 5 nights when booking in the Peak Season. - We take bookings, which are less 3 nights, within 1 week of your arrival date. (Peak Season rates apply.) Deposit & Payment We require a deposit upon booking.
Balance to be paid upon arrival if the stay is shorter than 2 weeks, and prepayment for every 2 weeks if the stay is longer than 2 weeks. Cancellation Normal Season Your deposit of $200 will be kept as a penalty if cancelled within 5 days of your arrival date. Peak Season Your deposit of $400 will be kept as penalty if cancelled within 3 weeks from your arrival date. Cancellation/Change of schedule after arrival Please inform us of a change within 7 days of your departure date. A penalty fee may be charged for short notice. Method of Payment - Cash, cheque, eftpos, credit card and T/C payment accepted. - Payment and exchange in foreign currency is not available. - Payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, DINERS attract 2.5% surcharge.
