Minimum Nights
- For your booking, we require a minimum of 3 nights.
- We require a minimum of 5 nights during Australian Open Tennis.
- Depending on availability, we may be able to take a booking of less than 3 nights, but confirmation is only possible in the week immediately preceding the requested dates. (Peak Season rates apply.)
Deposit & Payment
We require a deposit upon booking.
Normal Season - $200
Peak Season - $400
Balance to be paid upon arrival for guests staying less than 2 weeks. For longer stays we ask for prepayments in fortnightly blocks.
Cancellation
Normal Season
Your deposit of $200 will be kept as a penalty if cancelled within 5 days of your arrival date.
Peak Season
Your deposit of $400 will be kept as penalty if cancelled within 3 weeks from your arrival date.
Cancellation/Change of schedule after arrival
Please inform us of a change within 7 days of your departure date. A penalty fee may be charged for short notice.
Method of Payment
- Cash, cheque, eftpos, credit card and T/C payment accepted.
- Payment and exchange in foreign currency is not available.
- Payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, DINERS attract 2.5% surcharge.

Sports
There are many sporting activities you can enjoy in Melbourne (as we claim to be the sports capital of Australia!).
Spectating Sports
Melbourne is the birth place of AFL. The magnificent Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is about 30 minutes stroll (7 mins by car). Games are played every weekend during Autumn and Winter through to the grand final in the end of September.
In Summer, the MCG is the venue for many cricket matches. Boxing Day Test Cricket Match is held at MCG every year.
Other international sports events such as Australian Open Tennis and F1 Australia GP also take place close to Nagomi. Australian Open Tennis is held at Rod Laver Arena / Melbourne Park and F1 Australia GP is held at Albert Park. They both are about 30 minutes walk or less than 10 minutes by car.
Playing Sports
Walking and Running to the city along Yarra River, in Royal Botanic Gardens, to historic Como House, etc.
Nearest tennis court is in Fawkner Park which is only 15 minutes walk. Another one near Nagomi is in Albert Park.
There is a gym with a swimming pool and group fitness classes where you can buy a visit pass. South Yarra Sports Centre at Melbourne High School is only 10 minutes away from Nagomi.
Melbourne's famous "Sand Belt" is not too far away from Nagomi, however, they are private clubs. You often need a connection to play such clubs. Public golf courses are convenient and cheaper. Popular public golf courses amongst our guests are: Albert Park GC (less than 10 minutes by car), Malvern Vally GC, Yarra Bend GC and Freeway GC (all are about 20 minutes by car).
If you are a morning person and are interested in seeing the city from a different point of view, try a hot air balloon flight. The flight is also available in Yarra Valley. Prior booking is required.
Other suggestions are, horse riding, cycling, kayaking (check this out!), shooting, etc.
