We offer discount when you stay longer than a week or a month. Ask us for details.

* Minimum booking 3 nights.
* The rate for 1~7 night  includes room cleaning two times per week, once if the stay is less 6 night or rubbish collection only if the stay is less than 4 night.
* The rate for 7 night~ includes room cleaning once per week.


The rates include (Standard & Peak Season):

- The room rate includes twice weekly room cleaning. Towels and bed sheets will be changed on the cleaning day.(Once for 3-6 night stay.)

- Daily room cleaning is available at an extra cost.

- Rubbish bin collected daily except for Sundays and Public Holidays.

- Free car park (one per room) is available. Let us know upon booking.


Other services with extra costs:

Sofa Bed
A sofa bed can be prepared in the lounge room for $25 per night. This will allow one more person to be accommodated in any room type. Pillow, doona, blanket, sheets and towels are supplied.

Baby Cot
A baby cot is available for $10 per night. Pillow, blanket, sheets and towels are supplied.

Early Check-In
Our regular check-in time is 2pm. However you can use the room before the time if the room is ready. Please request early check-in upon booking. (Please remember that this is not guaranteed.) To make sure of your early check-in, we suggest to book the night before your check-in.

Late Check-Out
Our regular check-out time is 10am. Late Check-out is available for extra charge.
